The realization of a group of young corporate professionals that it was their Social Responsibility to give back to the society, laid the inception of Sushila Foundation. We believe that unless members of the Civil Society are involved proactively in the process of development, sustainable change will not happen. Believing in this principle of “Civic Driven Change” Sushila Foundation sensitizes the civil society in order to make them partners in its mission

The Sushila Foundation is managed professionally by a Board of Advisors, comprising individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise, followed by an Executive Committee and a well defined professional workforce.

Sushila Foundation is a national level development organization. Since its inception in 2015, we have established an Indian Childhood School Non-Formal Education – [Community Based School ] and more than 2000 children have directly benefited from our Computer Training, Skill Development Training, Non-Formal Quality Education Program, Sports & Games, Awareness Programs and Career Counseling Programs.

To support educational gatherings, meetings, workshops, training, classes, and other similar events for the benefit of the society and to promote a nurturing environment where feeling accepted by the community reinforces self acceptance, which leads to acceptance of diversity in the world and to create an environment where personal and cultural change mutually support each other in the context of community.
